Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, commercially driven sales team.

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across global markets.

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and ensure robust pipeline management.

• Work closely with product and operations teams to align on business strategy.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in fashion or private label manufacturing.

• A track record of achieving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts.

• Strong leadership, commercial insight, and team development capabilities.
